B3 Now partners with Echelon AI to integrate AI agents into ServiceNow offering in Nordics
NOW•B3 Consulting Group partnered with Echelon AI to roll out its ServiceNow-focused AI agents across the Nordic region, with the collaboration starting immediately and customer introductions planned in coming weeks.
1. Nordic rollout
B3 Now will integrate Echelon AI’s agents into its ServiceNow offering to automate design, development, testing, documentation and change reviews. Customer introductions are planned in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland in the coming weeks. Echelon AI, founded in 2025, says its agents operate under human oversight inside customers’ ServiceNow environments.
