Baird Medical’s Microwave Ablation system was integrated into Palm Medical Group’s interventional thyroidology program in Las Vegas by Dr. Samer Nakhle and into UAB’s endocrine surgery department by Dr. Sophie Dream for benign thyroid ablation, marking two strategic clinical adoptions.
2. Reinforcing Commercial Roadmap
These clinical implementations reinforce Baird Medical’s commercial roadmap by validating its tissue-sparing interventional platform across both private practice and academic settings, positioning the company to accelerate physician adoption.
3. FDA-Cleared Hospital Rollout
The technology is now deployed or in evaluation at more than 30 FDA 510(k)-cleared hospitals, including top institutions such as Mayo Clinic, UCSF Medical Center and Columbia University Medical Center.
