Baird Medical management cites microwave ablation out-licensing launch as H1 2026 net income turns positive

Baird Medical reported operating income of $846,806 for the six months ended June 30, 2026, compared with an operating loss of $10.45 million a year earlier. Net income was $13,499, reversing a prior-year net loss of $11.36 million, while adjusted EBITDA improved to $3.95 million from a loss of $3.32 million. Management attributed the results to higher revenue, lower total operating expenses and a new out-licensing initiative for microwave ablation technology.
