Second-quarter results
The Baldwin Group posted a GAAP net loss of $56 million, or $0.42 per diluted share, for the second quarter.
Revenue climbed 30% from a year earlier to $492.9 million, with organic revenue growth of 2%.
Adjusted EBITDA rose 37% year-over-year to $116.7 million, lifting the adjusted EBITDA margin 1.1 percentage points to 23.7%.
Cash flow and operating performance
Net cash from operating activities totaled $45.6 million.
Adjusted free cash flow increased 437% year-over-year to $46.4 million.
