Banco Santander launches EUR 2 million 3-year equity-linked notes offering

Banco Santander launched a EUR 2 million issuance of “Titoli 3Y EUR Express Memory Coupon Legati ad un Paniere di Azioni” certificates.

• Notes issued by Santander International Products, guaranteed by Santander, under its EUR 15 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
• Three-year tenor from Aug. 31, 2026 to Aug. 31, 2029, with monthly autocall features starting Aug. 24, 2027.
• Monthly 0.75% coupon contingent on the worst-performing basket stock staying at or above 50% of its initial level.
• Final repayment linked to the worst-of performance; investors can lose up to 100% of principal if the barrier is breached.
