Bank of America plans new branches in Wisconsin, Alabama and New Orleans
BAC•Bank of America plans to open 19 branches in Wisconsin by 2030, creating 130 jobs, and 10 branches in Birmingham, Alabama, starting in the first quarter of 2027. It also plans to expand in Greater New Orleans in the second half of 2027 and says it is on course to open 50 branches a year across the U.S.

Bank of America plans to open 19 branches in Wisconsin by 2030, creating 130 jobs. It also plans to open 10 branches in Birmingham, Alabama, starting in the first quarter of 2027, and expand in Greater New Orleans in the second half of 2027.
2. Network and investment
The bank is on course to open 50 branches a year across the U.S. It has 3,500 branches or financial centers covering 83% of the U.S. population and has invested more than $5 billion in branches since 2016.
