Bank of America crosses 10% voting-rights threshold
Bank of America crossed above the 10% voting-rights threshold in Lakefront on Aug. 18 via share purchases, voting rights, equivalent financial instruments.
As of Aug. 19, it held 6,662,597 voting rights in total, equal to 10.11% of 65,897,071 shares outstanding.
Direct voting rights totaled 1,419,144 shares, or 2.15%; equivalent financial instruments represented 5,243,453 voting rights, or 7.96%.
