Banyan Gold Drills 26.61 g/t Au at AurMac Powerline Deposit
Banyan Gold's drill program at the AurMac Project's Powerline deposit delivered high-grade intersections, including 26.61 g/t over 0.6m within 0.61 g/t over 239.2m in hole AX-25-798, and 22.11 g/t over 0.5m in hole AX-25-816. These results support a resource update and Preliminary Economic Assessment scheduled later this year.
1. Drill Program at Powerline Deposit
Banyan Gold completed an extensive drilling program in the Powerline deposit area of its AurMac Project, testing multiple target zones. Holes AX-25-798, AX-25-805, AX-25-810, AX-25-816, AX-25-822 and AS-25-823 returned gold intercepts over intervals up to 239.2 meters, demonstrating widespread mineralization.
2. High-Grade Interval Highlights
Key high-grade hits include 26.61 g/t Au over 0.6 meters and 14.00 g/t over 1.5 meters within 0.61 g/t over 239.2 meters in hole AX-25-798, 22.11 g/t Au over 0.5 meters in AX-25-816, 11.65 g/t over 0.4 meters in AX-25-822, and 3.04 g/t over 6.1 meters in AS-25-823.
3. Impact on Resource and Economic Assessment
These results strengthen the geological model and support a resource update and Preliminary Economic Assessment planned later this year, providing critical data to refine project economics and development strategy at AurMac.
