Barclays Bank UK appoints three non-executive directors to board effective Sept. 1, 2026

Barclays plc unit Barclays Bank UK will add Stacey Madge, Adam Banks and Kelly Richdale as non-executive directors on Sept. 1, 2026.
The appointments form part of board succession planning tied to upcoming retirements, including Michael Jary and Chris Pilling at the end of 2026.
All three will join the board risk committee; Madge also joins audit, and Richdale also joins remuneration.
