Barclays named Takeo Kamai as head of high-touch sales trading in Japan, rebuilding an on-the-ground high-touch execution capability in its Japan cash equities business.
Kamai joins from CLSA, where he led execution services in Japan spanning high-touch, program, and electronic trading.
The bank also hired Warren Kim into its Japan cash equities business.
Kim previously led CLSA’s offshore sales trading business in Japan.
