- Redemption price includes accrued interest to, but excluding, Sept. 13; interest stops accruing on that date.
- Cash payment will be made Sept. 14, 2026 because Sept. 13 is not a business day.
- New York Stock Exchange listing for the notes will be cancelled on or shortly after Sept. 14, 2026.
