Barings appoints Brian Maute to newly created wealth role
Barings Corporate Investors appointed Brian Maute as head of U.S. wealth in a newly created role.
Maute will lead U.S. wealth distribution across intermediary channels, including RIAs, broker-dealers, private banks, family offices, wealth platforms.
He will report to Ilena Coyle, head of North America insurance and intermediary distribution.
Maute previously spent more than 15 years at DWS Group, most recently as head of U.S. wealth.
Earlier roles included senior distribution leadership posts at Invesco and Van Kampen Investments.
