Battalion Oil appoints Brad Juneau to board, expands directors to five
BATL•Battalion Oil named John “Brad” Juneau an independent director effective Sept. 30, 2026, expanding its board to five members while maintaining a majority of independent directors.
1. Board appointment
Juneau founded Juneau Exploration and serves on the boards of Talos Energy and Contango Silver & Gold. He co-founded Contango Oil & Gas in 1999 and previously held senior exploration roles at Zilkha Energy.
