The report draws on a survey of 150 IT and nursing leaders. Hospitals across maturity levels prioritize operational efficiency, workflow automation and data integration; workflow automation adoption ranges from 18% at early-stage organizations to 72% at leading hospitals. Security risks and workforce adoption are cited as key barriers, and 95% say future innovation needs stronger integration across IT systems, devices and applications.
