By expanding the Surgiphor portfolio with a larger-volume option, BD aims to strengthen its position in the $356 million wound irrigation systems market, which is projected to grow at a 4.7% CAGR through 2035. The 1000mL format is designed to reduce operating room preparation time, enhance procedural efficiency and drive recurring demand among hospitals seeking standardized irrigation workflows.
