BDX•Becton Dickinson’s fiscal fourth-quarter revenue rose 5.4% to $5.27 billion, topping the $5.11 billion estimate, while adjusted EPS climbed 27% to $4.15, above the $4.07 estimate. The company expects fiscal 2027 adjusted diluted EPS of $13.10 to $13.30.
Becton Dickinson reported broad-based revenue growth across its Medical Essentials, BioPharma Systems and Interventional segments. The company cited new launches in pharmacy automation and vascular intervention as contributors to performance.
For fiscal 2027, Becton Dickinson expects GAAP and foreign-currency-neutral revenue growth in the low single-digit percentage range and adjusted diluted EPS of $13.10 to $13.30. It also completed the spin-off of its Life Sciences business, focusing on core MedTech operations.
