Beacon Financial named John B. Eagan general counsel, corporate secretary for the company and Beacon Bank, effective Aug. 3, 2026.
Eagan replaces Wm. Gordon Prescott, who retired July 31.
Eagan was deputy general counsel, assistant secretary; previously general counsel, corporate secretary at Washington Trust Bank, spent 15+ years at People’s United Bank.
