Q2 results delayed for tax accounting work

Beasley Broadcast Group said it postponed the release of its Q2 2026 results to finalize tax accounting tied to its Q2 refinancing and debt restructuring.

The company said the conference call and webcast to review Q2 2026 results are now expected on or before Aug. 14, 2026.

The rescheduled date and time for the call and webcast will be announced in a later press release.
