Bel Fuse President of Connectivity Solutions Pete Bittner will retire April 3, 2026 after 35 years, during which he doubled profitability of the Connectivity Solutions segment over four years. The company was also named to Forbes’ 2026 list of America’s Most Successful Small-Cap Companies.

Bel Fuse Inc.’s board has announced that Pete Bittner, President of Connectivity Solutions, will retire effective April 3, 2026, concluding a distinguished 35-year career with the Company. Since joining Bel in 1990, Bittner guided the Connectivity Solutions segment through multiple technology shifts and geographic expansions, overseeing the launch of over 150 new connector and cable-assembly products. Under his leadership, the unit’s operating profit more than doubled over the past four years, rising by 100% from fiscal 2021 to fiscal 2025. Bel’s CEO, Farouq Tuweiq, praised Bittner’s mentorship of more than 200 engineers and sales professionals worldwide and noted that the unit’s revenue grew at a compound annual growth rate of 12% during Bittner’s last five years in the role.

2. Forbes Recognition Highlights Strong Operational Performance

Bel Fuse Inc. was named to Forbes’ 2026 list of America’s Most Successful Small-Cap Companies, reflecting the Company’s overall momentum in the electronics components industry. Forbes evaluated candidates on revenue growth, profitability, and three-year total shareholder return; Bel Fuse achieved a three-year revenue uptick of 18% and maintained an adjusted operating margin above 15% during that period. CEO Tuweiq attributed the accolade to the Company’s diversified portfolio—spanning Power Solutions & Protection, Connectivity Solutions, and Magnetic Solutions—and to strategic investments in automation at two North American manufacturing sites, which reduced unit production costs by 8% in calendar 2025.
