The Aerospace, Defense & Rugged Solutions unit aggregates prior Connectivity and Enercon operations, accounting for $369M (55%) of 2025 sales, while the Industrial Technology & Data Solutions unit merges Power, Protection and Magnetic Solutions segments, contributing $307M (45%).
3. Leadership Appointments for Business Units
Steve Dawson was appointed EVP & President of Industrial Technology & Data Solutions after leading Power Solutions and Protection since 2014, and Tom Smelker became EVP & President of Aerospace, Defense & Rugged Solutions, bringing experience managing a $400M P&L in rugged computing and secure microelectronics.
