Retail space spanning 60,000 square feet includes existing tenants like Sprouts Farmers Market and OfKors Cafe while additional retailers are planned.

The development includes 60,000 square feet of curated retail, anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market and OfKors Cafe, with additional outlets such as Isabel Boutique, ServisFirst Bank, SkinSpirit and planned entries from Pause Studio, Embers Pilates and Atelier + Design.

Belpointe OZ currently has over 2,000 units in development across four cities with a total project cost exceeding $1.0 billion, positioning the fund for continued growth as Aster & Links nears full occupancy.
