Benz Mining uncovers 1km high-grade corridor with 10m at 6.3 g/t
Benz Mining reported high-grade intercepts at Hurricane Camp including 10m at 6.3 g/t Au from 479m, 11m at 6.4 g/t from 306m and 19m at 5.1 g/t within a 61m interval, defining mineralisation over a 1km NE-plunging fold corridor. A new Lens 0 discovery at Zone 126 links Zone 126 and Zone 102, extending the system’s high-grade strike to 1.5km.
1. New Discoveries at Hurricane Camp
Benz Mining’s latest drilling defined multiple high-grade zones at Hurricane Camp, highlighted by 10m at 6.3 g/t Au from 479m, 11m at 6.4 g/t from 306m and 19m at 5.1 g/t within 61m at 311m. These results validate the targeting model and confirm mineralisation over a 1,000m NE-plunging fold corridor for rapid ounce growth.
2. Lens 0 Connects Zone 126 and Zone 102
Drilling at Zone 126 intercepted a new high-grade Lens 0, including 11m at 6.4 g/t Au, interpreted to link Zone 126 and Zone 102 for the first time. This linkage extends the high-grade footprint to at least 1.5km of strike and reinforces potential for large-scale resource continuity.
3. Accelerated Expansion and Next Steps
Two rigs are now dedicated to systematic drill-out of the Hurricane trend, while maiden drilling is slated to commence at the untested Thunderbolt Camp. Benz plans to continue expanding high-grade ounces across its granted 80km Glenburgh trend, aiming for district-scale growth.
