CORT Business Services, a Berkshire Hathaway unit, agreed to acquire Dwellworks Living, Dwellworks’ temporary housing division.
The business will operate as Dwellworks Living by CORT once the deal closes; the service model and client relationships are set to continue.
Dwellworks will exit temporary living services, refocusing on destination services while maintaining a strategic partnership with the combined business.
Closing is expected on July 31, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
