Betterware de México added Juan Pajón, Oracle’s head of Customer Success and Global Innovation, to its board as it steps up its technology push.
Pajón previously served as global CTO of Grupo Bimbo, also held a LATAM GSS CIO role at General Electric.
The board also appointed Arquímedes Celis, a director at Grupo Lala and Pilgrim’s Pride, with prior CEO roles at Grupo Lala, Industrias Bachoco, Barcel.
Celis, Pajón replace Martín Werner, Silvia Davila, who are retiring from the board.
David Kusuma will join as R&D strategic consultant from July 6, 2026; he leads Product R&D at AG Automotive Group, formerly ran Tupperware’s global R&D.
