Beyond Air agreed to sell its 58% fully diluted stake in NeuroNOS Israel to UNIVO Pharmaceutical Industries.
Consideration includes UNIVO ordinary shares equal to 19.99% of UNIVO’s issued share capital at closing.
Beyond Air also to receive warrants tied to 19.99% of UNIVO’s outstanding options, warrants, and other awards, exercisable at $0.01 for five years.
