BeyondSpring announced FDA Fast Track designation for plinabulin in post-ICI non-squamous NSCLC and a strategic transaction to advance its global Phase 3 DUBLIN-4 trial toward a planned interim analysis. The company said it sold a majority equity interest in its Chinese subsidiary to fund the trial in China and retained global rights to plinabulin outside Greater China.
