BeyondSpring plans to start the confirmatory DUBLIN-4 Phase 3 trial in 2026-2027 among patients with post-immunotherapy, driver-negative, non-squamous lung cancer. The trial will compare plinabulin plus docetaxel with docetaxel alone; overall survival is the primary endpoint, and an interim analysis is expected in 2028 after 221 progression-free survival events. Prior DUBLIN-3 data showed median survival of 11.37 months versus 8.81 months in non-squamous patients, with a 0.72 hazard ratio.
