BeyondSpring Q2 FY26 net loss narrows to $1.8 million; cash falls to $6.5 million

- BeyondSpring posted a Q2 net loss of $1.8 million, narrowing from $1.9 million a year earlier.
- R&D held at $1 million; G&A fell to $830,000 from $900,000.
- Cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments dropped to $6.5 million at June 30 from $12.6 million at Dec. 31.
Management update and program priorities
- CEO Min Qiu said priorities center on regulatory, operational and financing preparations to initiate the confirmatory DUBLIN-4 Phase 3 NSCLC program.
- Leadership transition took effect July 1: Min Qiu was named CEO; Na Li became CFO; and Jiangwen (Jen) Majeti was appointed vice chairman.
