BYSI•BeyondSpring agreed to sell BeyondSpring Ltd., which indirectly holds a majority stake in its Chinese subsidiary Bulin, to Biolin Investment. 1. China trial funding
The deal provides non-cash consideration through funding for DUBLIN-4 clinical development activities in China, expected to cover about 221 patients. BeyondSpring will retain global rights to Plinabulin outside Greater China and access to clinical data from the China portion of the trial. The company said the deal is intended to reduce its cash requirements for DUBLIN-4 ahead of the prespecified interim analysis at 221 progression-free survival events.
