BGC Q2 FY26 GAAP EPS rises 36.4% to USD 0.15; revenue climbs 7.8% to USD 845.5 million

BGC Group posted 2Q 2026 revenue of USD 845.5 million, up 7.8% year over year.

GAAP net income for fully diluted shares rose 26.2% to USD 69.6 million; GAAP diluted EPS increased to USD 0.15 from USD 0.11.

GAAP operating income before income taxes climbed 31.4% to USD 98.9 million, while non-compensation expense rose 17.4% to USD 248.1 million.

FMX UST market share reached 42%, a new high, while FMX UST ADV rose 17% to USD 79.4 billion.

BGC also said it partnered with Fanatics to build a prediction market ecosystem.

For 3Q, the company set revenue outlook at USD 775 million-USD 835 million.
