Cemtrex unit Vicon wins $900,000 order to equip U.S. corrections facility security platform

Cemtrex unit Vicon Industries won a purchase order worth about $900,000 to equip a U.S. corrections facility with an end-to-end security platform.

The order came from a detention-security systems integrator; the integrator and end customer were not disclosed.

The scope covers surveillance cameras, video management software, recording servers, and related equipment. Shipment is expected in the current fiscal quarter.
