Chairman and co-CEO resigns, new leadership named

Chairman and Co-CEO Chen Xin resigned effective July 30, 2026 for personal reasons.
Zhanchang Xin was named chairman effective July 30, 2026; he has led Gansu Qilianshan Pharmaceutical since 2006 and has more than 35 years in pharma R&D.
Hong Li was appointed co-CEO effective July 30, 2026; she has been CFO of Gansu Qilianshan Pharmaceutical since 2008 and has a finance and accounting background.
Zhanchang Xin is Chen Xin’s father.
