BHP•BHP plans three additional mining systems at its Jansen potash project in Saskatchewan, Canada, to support production in mid-2027.
1. Jansen project work
Mine planners are tracking construction of Mining System 1 while coordinating startup of the raw ore bin and mining systems that feed the mill. Current work focuses on achieving targeted production rates through the surge bin and service shaft.
