Bicara Therapeutics granted two new hires options covering 207,150 shares at $18.20 per share under its 2026 Inducement Plan.

The grants were awarded on Oct. 1, 2026. The options vest 25% on the first anniversary of each applicable start date, then in 12 equal quarterly installments.
