BigBear.ai enters Jefferies agreement to sell up to 100,000,000 shares in at-the-market offering

BigBear.ai entered an at-the-market equity distribution agreement with Jefferies to sell up to 100,000,000 common shares from time to time.
Jefferies will receive up to 3% of gross proceeds on any shares sold under the program.
The sales will be made under the company’s existing shelf registration statement on Form S-3.
