Bilibili said it issued 182,620 Class Z ordinary shares from Sept. 1-4, 2026, on stock option exercises under its 2018 Share Incentive Plan.
The shares were issued at USD 0.0001 each, lifting Class Z issued shares to 338,988,375 as of Sept. 4, 2026.
