Bio Essence signs deal with Zhituo to develop AI assistants for healthcare practitioners
BIOE•Bio Essence signed a technology development agreement with Zhituo Software to add practitioner-specific AI assistants to its MediFlow platform, with delivery scheduled by December 15, 2026, subject to testing and acceptance.
1. AI assistant development
The agreement will let authorized healthcare and wellness practitioners create private AI assistants using their own professional materials. Bio Essence will own the developed technology, subject to limited rights for approved third-party and pre-existing components.
