Biodexa Pharmaceuticals sets 1-for-8 reverse ADS split via ratio change
BDRX•Biodexa Pharmaceuticals will change its ADS ratio to one ADS representing 400 ordinary shares, up from 50, effective on or about Oct. 26, 2026; ordinary shares are unaffected.
1. ADS ratio change
Biodexa Pharmaceuticals announced that each ADS will represent 400 ordinary shares instead of 50, a change with the same effect as a one-for-eight reverse ADS split for ADS holders. The change is expected to take effect on or about Oct. 26, 2026, and will not affect ordinary shares.
