International Paper names Katherine Collins to Audit and Finance Committee
IP•International Paper appointed Katherine Collins and Lori J. Ryerkerk to board committees effective Oct. 8, 2026, and said Ahmet C. Dorduncu and Kathryn D. Sullivan will retire from the board on Dec. 31, 2026.
1. Committee changes
Collins joined the Audit and Finance Committee and the Governance Committee, while Ryerkerk joined the Management Development and Compensation Committee and the Safety, Sustainability and Technology Committee. Dorduncu and Sullivan will attend selected committee meetings as invited, non-voting guests until their retirements.
