Biogen says litifilimab safety profile shows no new safety signals
BIIB•Biogen said litifilimab’s safety profile remained consistent, with no new safety signals identified. In 52-week data, 27.2% of participants achieved clear or almost clear skin, while serious adverse events occurred in 3.4%.

Biogen reported 52-week Phase 2 data from the ongoing Phase 2/3 AMETHYST study of litifilimab for cutaneous lupus erythematosus. The company said 28.8% of participants achieved a 70% or greater reduction in CLASI A, and 33.7% of crossover participants had clear or almost clear skin at week 52.
