Biogen to present 96-week data from diranersen Alzheimer’s trial at CTAD 2026
BIIB•Biogen will present a 96-week update from its Phase 2 CELIA diranersen trial at CTAD in Boston on November 16-19, 2026, along with Leqembi data on five-year treatment outcomes and safety and three-year real-world evidence.

Biogen said its CTAD presentations will include longer-term efficacy, safety and biomarker data from the diranersen Phase 2 CELIA study, building on results presented in July 2026. Leqembi presentations will examine five-year treatment outcomes and safety, as well as three-year real-world evidence on maintenance therapy and at-home subcutaneous administration.
