Biohaven enters strategic licensing agreement with Ono Pharma
BHVN•Biohaven licensed its extracellular IgG degraders to Ono Pharma for Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and ASEAN, with up to $100 million in payments and 20% royalties; lead candidate BHV-1300 is in Phase 3 for Graves' disease.
1. Licensing deal terms
Ono Pharma received an exclusive license for Biohaven’s IgG degraders in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and ASEAN. Biohaven will receive up to $100 million in payments and 20% royalties.
