First Majestic Silver scheduled its Q3 2026 results, dividend declaration and investor webcast for Nov. 5, 2026, and set a share repurchase program for up to 10 million shares from Oct. 14, 2026, through Oct. 13, 2027.

1. Calendar and repurchase details

First Majestic Silver said it plans to release Q3 2026 financial results before markets open on Nov. 5, 2026, along with its dividend declaration, shareholder record date and payable date. An investor webcast is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. PT (11:00 a.m. ET) that day. The company’s Normal Course Issuer Bid runs from Oct. 14, 2026, through Oct. 13, 2027, and permits repurchases of up to 10 million shares.
