BioLargo FY26 Q2 net loss widens to $4 million; revenue drops 55% to $1.25 million

The company said the revenue decline reflected the August 2025 halt in private-label pet odor product sales tied to Pooph.
SG&A rose 23% to $3.32 million, while R&D more than doubled to $1.09 million.
Quarterly results widen loss
BioLargo posted a net loss of $4 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, widening from $1.88 million a year earlier. Revenue fell 55% to $1.25 million.
Segment performance and liquidity
ONM revenue dropped 77%, swinging to an operating loss of $110,000. BLEST third-party service revenue rose 1% to $777,000.
BioLargo ended the period with $2.19 million in cash at June 30, 2026, and a $1.27 million working-capital deficit. The company said there is doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern without additional funding.
