BiomX delays Q2 10-Q filing, cites accounting staff absence and acquisition accounting review
PHGE•PHGE•PHGE•PHGE•BiomX filed a Form 12b-25 to delay its quarterly report for the period ended June 30, 2026.
The company expects to file the Form 10-Q by the fifth calendar day after the original due date.
BiomX said the delay is tied to staff unavailability, acquisition accounting work, and additional review time following an auditor change effective July 1, 2026.
The company also said it anticipates significant year-over-year changes in results, driven mainly by April 2026 acquisitions, fair-value items, and a subsidiary deconsolidation gain.
