Bit Digital SVP of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer Justin Zhu will resign effective Aug. 1, 2026.
Zhu will become CFO, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer of WhiteFiber on Aug. 1, 2026.
The move follows a transition services agreement signed July 30, 2025, set to run through August 2027.
The resignation was not tied to any dispute over operations, policies or practices.
