Nasdaq trading symbol will switch to SGRX from BTOG.
Shares are set to trade under the new name on Sept. 4, 2026; the CUSIP will remain unchanged.
The strategy centers on AI computing infrastructure, including a previously announced deal for 16 Nvidia Blackwell B300 AI servers.
