Bitdeer signed a 16-year colocation lease with Volta’s subsidiary for its Tydal, Norway AI/HPC campus.
- Contracted revenue totals about USD 4.7 billion over the base term; an 8-year extension could lift total value to about USD 8 billion.
- The agreement covers 121 IT MW; the site is set to run NVIDIA GPUs for an unnamed leading AI lab, with Dell as technology provider.
- Volta obligations are expected to be supported by about USD 1.3 billion in letters of credit arranged by J.P. Morgan affiliates and another global bank.
- Bitdeer cited remaining capex of about USD 500 million; Phase 1 is targeted for Dec. 31, 2026, and Phase 2 for Mar. 31, 2027.
