BitGo, OKX expand off-exchange settlement integration to institutions outside US
BTGO•BitGo expanded its off-exchange settlement integration with OKX to eligible institutions outside the U.S. Institutions can trade on OKX while keeping supported assets in segregated custody at BitGo Singapore until settlement.
1. Settlement integration
The arrangement extends a model already in place for U.S. institutions, separating custody from execution to reduce counterparty risk exposure. BitGo Singapore provides custody under a MAS Major Payment Institution license, while OKX access is through regulated entities including MAS-licensed OKX SG and VARA-licensed OKX Middle East.
