1. Expanded Ethereum Treasury

Bitmine has accumulated 4,874,858 ETH tokens, valuing its position at approximately $10.8 billion. This stake accounts for just over 4% of Ethereum’s circulating supply and contributes to a total asset base of $11.8 billion when including cash, Bitcoin, and equity investments.

2. Staking Performance and Revenue

Of its ETH holdings, 3,334,637 tokens (68%) are currently staked at a reference price of $2,206 per token. This deployment underpins an annualized staking revenue of $212 million, with projections rising to $310 million if the full ETH position is deployed through institutional channels.

3. MAVAN Institutional Validator Platform

Bitmine has launched MAVAN, a Made in America Validator Network designed as an institutional-grade staking platform. Initially developed for its own treasury, MAVAN will expand services to outside investors, custodians, and ecosystem partners, positioning the company as a staking infrastructure provider.

4. Strategic Shift to Staking Business Model

The update signals a transition from passive crypto accumulation to an active yield-bearing and infrastructure-led strategy. By monetizing its treasury through staking income and validator services, Bitmine aims to build a sustainable public-market business centered on long-duration Ethereum exposure.
